5. When caulking and fixing the glass with sealant, the glass should be squeezed with rubber strips or rubber blocks first, leaving a glue injection gap. The glue injection depth should not be less than 5mm. Before the glue is cured, the glass should be kept from vibration.

1. The storage environment of the door and window sealing strip should be dry, which is also an important factor to prevent its aging.

2. To avoid prolonged direct sunlight, too strong sunlight is fatal to the aging of rubber. Rubber is generally black and has strong heat absorption capacity, so it will cause the temperature to rise, thereby changing its physical properties, and the direct result is softening.

3. Avoid high temperature environment. As mentioned earlier, direct sunlight will cause high temperature deformation. Another hazard of high temperature is that it will melt the rubber.

1. If there is a peculiar smell, smell it with your nose, the normal PVC material will have a little mellow taste, and you can't smell it at all.

2. The sealing strip is wound on the profile as tightly as possible, and placed at high temperature for a period of time to see whether the surface of the profile and the contact surface of the sealing strip are stained, discolored, whether the dust on the surface of the sealing strip is yellow, oily, and whether the hands are dirty.

3. Some lower-priced sealing strips will have a lot of fillers, so the surface will not be very bright, the price is low, and the appearance is not bright.

4. Look at the specific gravity, how many meters per kilogram, many manufacturers strive to use fillers. In order to seek greater output value, they choose talcum powder, heavy calcium carbonate, etc. as fillers, which greatly increases the specific gravity of the sealing strip and invisibly increases In order to increase the cost, take a part of the calcium sealing strip and stretch it back and forth several times by hand, a small amount of white powder will appear on the surface.
