    Identification of quality

    The identification of the quality of the spiral protective sleeve mainly has the following reference standards:
    1. The surface of the spiral protective sleeve on the appearance surface is smooth and flat, without shortage of materials, cracks, damage and burrs; No obvious blistering and unevenness; No impurities, motley colors and other phenomena are of high quality. On the contrary, it is inferior and unqualified.
    2. The hardness of the spiral protective sleeve with high quality and qualified hardness is generally 85~90 degrees, and the hardness is lower than 85 degrees or higher than 90 degrees, which does not meet the requirements. The hardness is too low to protect and bind the internal products. If the hardness is too high, when used in low temperature environment (such as northeast China and other cold areas), the protective sleeve is prone to brittle fracture, and 1% ~ 5% of the products cannot meet the use requirements, so that the protective effect of the spiral protective sleeve on the internal products is greatly reduced.
    3. High and low temperature resistance High quality qualified spiral protective sleeve should have good resistance to high and low temperature performance. Users can be identified by the following methods:
    Place the spiral protective sleeve at 80°C for 1 hour, room temperature for 0.5 hours, -40°C for 1 hour, and room temperature for 0.5 hours for 5 consecutive cycles. Observation, if the spiral protective sleeve without cracking, sticking, depression and other phenomena, it is high quality; on the contrary, if the spiral protective sleeve has one of the cracking, deformation, sticking or depression and other phenomena, the protective sleeve is inferior and unqualified.
    4. Oil resistance high-quality qualified spiral protective sleeve has good oil resistance. The spiral protective sleeve can be soaked in the mixture of 70# gasoline and 10% toluene for 5 minutes. If there is no discoloration and stickiness, it is of high quality and qualified. On the contrary, if there is discoloration and stickiness, the protective sleeve is of inferior quality and unqualified.
    5. Wear resistance The qualified spiral protective sleeve has good wear resistance. This can be tested by the Akron Abrasion Test. As a result of the test, if the quality difference is less than 0.07, it is of high quality; on the contrary, if the quality difference is greater than 0.07, the spiral protective sleeve is of inferior quality and unqualified.
    6. tensile strength impact strength
    High quality qualified spiral protective sleeve has good tensile strength and impact strength. Tensile strength at room temperature is generally 25 ~ 30Mpa; impact strength is generally: notched, 35KJ/M2 at room temperature,-40 ℃/24h is 5KJ/M, impact strength (no notch): continuous.
    7. Anti-ultraviolet
    The spiral protective sleeve has good anti-ultraviolet performance. The black spiral protective sleeve is produced by adding a certain ratio of carbon black to enhance the anti-ultraviolet performance of the spiral protective sleeve.     8. Antistatic
